I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over twenty years of experience working with adults and young people, individually and in couples and families, in both the NHS and private practice.

I work to help people overcome difficulties with psychological wellbeing so that they can live more fulfilled lives. I support people to develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and behaviours, and to build effective strategies for managing difficult or uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and for changing unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, emotional dysregulation, post-traumatic stress, addiction, adjustment to loss and change, and challenges within relationships and parenting. I also have particular expertise in supporting people living with acute and chronic health conditions, including somatic symptoms such as chronic fatigue and persistent pain.

In addition to psychological therapy, I offer adult ADHD assessment and coaching. My ADHD work focuses both on accurate, evidence-based assessment and on helping individuals understand how ADHD affects them in daily life, alongside developing practical, personalised strategies to improve focus, organisation, emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.

I also provide psychologically informed coaching for individuals facing challenges such as self-doubt, imposter syndrome, career decision-making, and achieving a sustainable work–life balance.

I am highly qualified, with an honours degree in Experimental Psychology (BSc Hons), a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), and extensive additional training in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a qualified Fitness Instructor (Level 2), recognised by REPS and CIMSPA.
